Thousands of candidates and employers are registered on Urban Employ, and over 350 college and university career service offices and centers currently use Urban Employ.

Executive Team

James C. D. Wahls, Esq., President & General Counsel

James C. D. Wahls oversees the day-to-day operations and legal matters of Urban Employ. Prior to serving as President, James was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Services Practice Group at Lewis & Munday, P.C. He served as counsel for over $3 billion in public finance transactions, including serving as lead associate for the 2009 Bond Buyer Deal of the Year, Non-Traditional Financing.  Representative clients included the City of Detroit, Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit, the State of Connecticut, and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.

A native Detroiter, James is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and the University of Michigan Law School.  He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the District of Columbia.
